Ron Vrooman, one of the owners of Elite Motors, Inc., was a Master Technician for Mercedes in 1990 and received extensive factory training.
Doug Dixon, Ron's partner received factory training for seven years while working at a local Mercedes dealer. He specialized in Mercedes transmissions and general repair.
